Service-Based Nature of Our Work

Our services involve time, expertise, and creative effort. Once work has started on a project, resources are allocated to complete the service.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If the project has not yet started.
  • If the client cancels the order within a reasonable time after payment.
  • If ASP Press is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal issues.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If the service work has already started or been completed.
  • If the client changes their mind after the work has begun.
  • If delays occur due to missing information or late responses from the client.
  • If the client is dissatisfied due to subjective preferences rather than service quality.

Revision Instead of Refund

If a client is not satisfied with certain aspects of the service, ASP Press will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue through revisions according to the selected package.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe through the original payment method used for the purchase.
